Allbranded

The business of international company Allbranded is perfectly illustrated by its name that includes “all” and “branded”. Customers have the option of having their cups, shirts or writing utensils printed individually with logos or lettering. Allbranded stands for products that make an impact. With more than 30,000 products, they are one of the largest online distributors of promotional products in the United Kingdom and Germany.

Initially established in Hamburg, Germany, and with market presence in the United Kingdom, France, Switzerland and Austria. Allbranded's mission is to become THE online platform for custom promotional products that are guaranteed to attract attention.


Versada team started to work with Allbranded GmbH and UK in 2016. Below we are providing some interesting information and insights about this project.


What was the reason that made them choose Odoo ERP?


Allbranded already owned an Odoo ERP business management system. The problem was: it did not work properly. For this reason, we were instructed with the Odoo Development. Before the project started, we organized a three-day workshop in Lithuania, which served to develop suitable solutions together with the customer. He showed us the existing system. Together, we analyzed the problems of the existing system and developed a plan for correction. 


What is interesting about this project?

The main goal: The integration of the new system including all Online Shops in Odoo. Since Allbranded serves different countries and markets, the development of an own interface was inevitable. The business management system should act as a central unit for viewing information and controlling the processes of all platforms. A timely insight into stocks is very important for the customer, which is why integration of suppliers into the Odoo ERP system is also planned.

Shortly after the introduction, significant process improvements and lower employee error rates were identified by the customer. We are pleased to have created an excellent foundation for growth and a successful future for the customer.


What was customized and implemented in Odoo?


  1. Considering the technical side of the project, the interesting part was integration between the Oxid and Odoo which we developed ourselves. Considering the functional side, the aforementioned integration provided the client with extraordinary benefits as the information related to sales, all products and all internal communication were accessible on a single system.
  2. The data is categorised by individual e-shops; thus, making it easy to track the performance of different shops. We are glad that we managed to implement the client’s request and launch the system before the start of their sales season: Allbranded contacted us in the first quarter of the year, and the system was already up and running at the end of summer. 
  3. All developed integrations were complex and had many interesting nuances. Our team successfully managed to implement them with Odoo ERP system which led to simplified processes not only with customers but also with suppliers.

Project was challenging and with many new requests. Being transparent and following requests, Versada and Allbranded collaboration led to both side success.


Summing up, the project itself helped Allbranded to automate their processes at maximum. It not only helped to reduce costs but also save human resources.
